The second Congress of the Jean Delaire Institute - Institut Jean Delaire will be held in Nantes on June 8-9-10, 2023.
After the success of the first edition which gathered in Paris in June 2021 more than 250 participants and 15 partners in spite of major health constraints, the 2023 congress will celebrate the centenary of the Master of the Nantes School of Stomatology and Maxillofacial Surgery in a spirit of knowledge sharing and multidisciplinarity.
The scientific committee has chosen to explore in depth the themes that motivate rehabilitators as well as orthodontists and surgeons, all of whom are concerned with establishing more reliable diagnoses, proposing more effective treatments and obtaining more stable results. Facial and postural asymmetries, anterior dental gaps, temporomandibular dysfunctions so frequently encountered; requiring a common language between professionals and an understandable discourse for patients will be addressed during expert lectures, free communications and workshops.
The diagnostic approach and early management of pediatric orofacial pathologies will be an important chapter in the program of this Jean Delaire 2023 congress and will bring together pediatricians, general practitioners, orthodontists and rehabilitators around interdisciplinary exchanges.
A full day will be dedicated to the theme of complex dental rehabilitation. It will bring together all the players involved: general dentists, implantologists, orthodontists, surgeons and prosthetists. Finally, the best research work on cranio-maxillofacial growth pathologies will be rewarded with the Jean Delaire prize during a special session
As in the first edition, the Institute Jean Delaire will honor the partners with sponsored workshops in orthodontics, surgery and orofacial.
